If you need to return an item, our online Returns Center will guide you through the return process and provide you with a printable return shipping label. Email us at support@handbagbest.com with return details. HandbagBest gives you a 30-day money back guarantee. 

General 

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by handbagbest.com within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You must have a return approval with handbagbest.com before returning any merchandise to Handbag Best. Request a return approval directly at support@handbagbest.com. Your marchandise must be returned to the manufacturer address, not to handbagbest address. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEMS TO OUR PLANTATION OFFICE. 

My Refund

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.

Return Policy

*Notify Handbagbest.com within 3 days of delivery of the merchandise if you should encounter any problems with your order.

*Defective products are returned for replacement, store credit or credit to your credit card within a 30 day period from receipt of your order, with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in Handbag Best approval only and return proccessing service charge.

* Defective or any return product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials and must be returned to the manufacturer address on the package, not to handbagbest.com

* All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.

* Returns must be shipped, freight prepaid. Products returned without a return approval with handbag best, will be refused.

* Return approval with handbag best is only 3 days from the day of your order receipt, if you should encounter any problems with your order. Any products returned without approval of handbagbest.com after 3 days will be refused.

*Handbag Best credits are based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest

Requests for returns other than those mentioned above must be subject to approval by handbagbest.com.
